Kenya Power Announces Delay In Token Generation

Mid-morning of Thursday 3, Kenya Power gave notice to customers that their will be delay in purchase of Tokens. The notice read that both prepaid and postpaid paybills have been affected.

"Our team has identified the issue, and restoration of normal services is currently in progress, so that customers can access the affected platforms soon." Kenya Power said the notice.

TRAGIC! Plane Crash With Over 100 Aboard

By Owino Nyakiti A screenshot of the crash site A China Eastern Airlines Boeing 737 crashed on March 21 in southern Guangxi Province with 123 passengers and nine crew on board. China's Civil Aviation Administration (CAAC) announced on Monday.  So far, the number of casualties are unknown, but Guangxi's emergency services said rescuers were on their way to the crash site.  The aircraft which was flying from the Kunming city to Guangzhou lost contact over the city of Wuzhou. FlightRadar24 said the Boeing 737-89P rapidly lost speed before entering a sharp descent. State media reported that the jet crashed in a mountainous region and immediately sparked a fire in the forest. TEACHERS: Lucrative Job Opportunities At The Ministry of Education

Through the local dailies published on March 14, the Ministry announced over 100 vacant positions of Principal Quality Assurance and Standards Officers. It also stated that a salary range between Ksh63,000 and Ksh101,000 inclusive of allowances will be offered to the successful applicants. Further commuter allowance of Ksh8,000 and leave allowance of Ksh6,000 as well as house and medical allowances will also be provided depending on the prevailing conditions.
